We will administer the ACT to all 11th grade students enrolled at North College Hill HS on Wednesday, March 2nd.
ALL Juniors are invited to participate at the high school including NCH students attending the Great Oaks, Trojan Way Learning Center, and our Virtual program.
Students will need to arrive by 8:05 AM. Classroom assignments will be posted throughout the building. We will begin testing procedures at 8:15 AM. No Juniors will be admitted after 8:45 AM.
Students will need to bring their photo ID or student ID to verify their identity.
The ACT is being offered free of charge and will be needed for anyone looking for admission to a 2 or 4 year college. The ACT consists of four multiple choice tests-English, Mathematics, Reading and Science. The test in total will be 175 minutes plus a 15 minute break in between test 2 and test 3. Students are permitted to have a bottle of water, but no snacks until after the completion of the test. Cell phones and smartwatches are prohibited. They will be collected before students enter the testing room.
Our goal is to have everyone finished testing by 12:30 PM. A sack lunch will be provided at the end of testing in the high school cafeteria.
This will be a remote learning day for students in grades 9, 10 & 12.
